Rowbotham's Round Rotherham is an annual race that takes place on a Saturday in mid-October. The event follows a predominantly trail route around the boundary of Rotherham covering a distance of 50 miles. Entrants consist of walkers, solo runners, pairs or relay teams of 8. The race starts and finishes at Manvers Waterfront Boat Club.

The club likes to enter as many teams of 8 as possible each year and these fall into the categories of Open, Mixed and Womens. The club cover the cost of entry, you just need to make sure your available on race day and have recce'd the route beforehand so you know where you are going!
